Your job as a Technical Support Associate will be to help Mphasis clients and end users with technical issues and support. You will be essential in making sure that the technical problems and questions of clients are handled quickly and effectively.

Role and Responsibility :
Offer end users expert remote technical support services.
Provide remote assistance to users in resolving issues with systems and software, such as installation, debugging, and operation of systems and related software.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, find out when spare parts are due, and arrange maintenance follow-ups.
Special situations are promptly upgraded and collaborate with other teams to address customer issues.
Completely and accurately enter case data into the system in accordance with the procedure
Determine the user's consumption requirements and suggest updating items and configurations to enhance the user's experience.
Education and Skills :
Outstanding proficiency in spoken English, neutral accent, proactive work ethic, strong sense of accountability, and capacity for learning.
It should be adaptable to changes in rotation.
