Roles and Responsibility :
To satisfy the demands of our clients, the Trainee is in charge of setting up and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit AdministrationTM (TBA) System. Setting up and configuring tables and parameters in the TBA System as determined by analysis requires the use of proprietary systems and technologies.
As part of testing, test activities are carried out following the SA's instructions after test cases and test data have been prepared.
Applications with good programming (logical thinking, analytical skills), systems configuration, and testing linked to systems that support human resource tasks are encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited university, a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is necessary.
