Key Responsibilities:
Offer consumers technical assistance with Kone escalator and elevator systems.
Answer consumer questions as soon as possible by phone, email, or in-person visits.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, then offer workable solutions to guarantee as little downtime as possible.
To meet client needs, work together with cross-functional teams from operations, engineering, and sales.
CRM software is used to record and monitor customer contacts and resolutions.
Take part in training courses to keep your technical expertise and product understanding up to date.
Maintain compliance with company guidelines and practices while providing first-rate customer care.
Qualifications:
