A centralized team called the IT Service Desk helps our clients with technical support, which includes troubleshooting and fixing IT problems and making sure their computer systems and IT services run smoothly. Role And Responsibility:
First-line technical support and assistance should be given to end users for any IT-related questions or difficulties. Support tickets should be tracked and duly logged to ensure proper documentation and prompt problem solving.
Diagnose and fix technical issues to minimize downtime, work with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and guarantee prompt resolution, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to improve self-service options, and make problem-solving more efficient.
Education and Skills :
2023 batch of any 3-year Graduation program (UG full time degree).
Candidates having 50 % in X, XII, Diploma or UG.
Open to Indian nationals only.
Being flexible to any work locations, shift timing, technology.
The final Cognizant onboarding would be subject to satisfactory background verification.
